US Regional Sales Manager

 To service, train, educate and sell MotoRad products to current and prospective accounts by promoting the MotoRad brand, product quality, competitive advantages, identifying growth opportunities, performing training classes, building relationships with decision makers, and regularly visiting customers in the specified territories.

Data Architect

 Responsible for managing and coordinating data, as well as designing and building relational databases for data storage and processing. Analyzes company needs and develops recommendations for warehouse implementation, data acquisition and access, and data archiving and recovery. Builds data models and defines the structure, attributes and nomenclature of data elements. Sets policies and procedures for maintaining data integrity and manages internal databases.

Will develop ongoing business reports, exceptions reports, and ad hoc reports. Provide support for analytical review, interpretation, and communication of insights as needed. Will also work with the team to identify data requirements and develop output for desired information.

Mexico Product Marketing Manager

 Responsible for day to day management of new product development and line extensions, acting as the expert in applicable product categories in the MX / Central American market. Coordinate cross-functional communication through all phases of the product design and development process, cataloging, manufacturing and sourcing process through product launch. Utilize multiple research data points in order to prepare and analyze monthly reports, providing recommendations for new product opportunities with maximum ROI.

Pricing Analyst

 Responsible for the analysis, reporting and execution of pricing strategies in support of each product category and the company’s pricing/financial goals and objectives. Also responsible for pricing integrity/accuracy and decision implementation across the entire product lifecycle. Will conduct ongoing pricing reviews and develop price sheets, customer quotations, and profitability studies.

Provide ongoing analysis to ensure that the pricing of products in the portfolio stay competitive in the market while reviewing cost of goods and profitability and understanding product positioning. Will conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to make recommendations regarding pricing policies. Maintain historical pricing data on company products as well as competitors. Coordinate and communicate pricing information for product releases. Will lead development of best-in-class pricing processes through the use of benchmarking and implementing systems and solutions to support these efforts.

Data Scientist

 Responsible for analyzing large amounts of raw data and transforming it into findings through statistical data analysis. Must be knowledgeable in converting data into various forms, predictive analytics, machine-learning, and algorithms to solve real-world problems faced by the company, customers, and the market and then use the information to make solid business decisions.


Will also be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, and methods for generating reports and insights. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends from internal and external information sources. Perform ongoing business and competitive analysis using statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining and other analytical techniques to show current landscape and areas of opportunity.


Research and implement best practices and support for developing recommendations and solutions for the current business. Will work with the team to identify analytical requirements and develop output for required information. Needs to provide business data interpretation and produce ad hoc data and reports.


In addition to the data and technology side of the role, this position will be responsible for working with various teams to relay data-based findings to nontechnology professionals. Data visualization will be critical for clearly communicating findings in non-technical terms to company managers, executives, and customers.

Supply Chain Manager

 Responsible for providing support for both procurement and supply chain functions, ensuring accurate and timely specification, order, receipt, delivery and accountability of inventory, supplies and equipment, from both domestic and international suppliers. Day to day management of suppliers and managing vendor qualifications and performance to meet company qualifications. Responsible for meeting project milestones and adhering to approved budgets.
